Delicious, refreshing and easy to make with just a few simple ingredients, it’s the classic summer staple that goes perfectly with every type of BBQ food! Trust us when we say that once you’ve tried it out for yourself, there’s really no going back to the store-bought stuff!
- Grate or finely chop the red cabbage, white cabbage, red onions and carrots into fine strands. Add to a bowl and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise with a couple of teaspoons of wholegrain mustard. Mix together with a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Add the sauce to the bowl with the grated vegetables and mix well. When combined, sprinkle over a pinch of chopped coriander leaves and a small pinch of salt to taste.
- Gently mix the ingredients once again and serve.
