Just five ingredients and a hot grill are all you’ll need to whip up this perfectly posh BBQ food in less than five minutes!
- Break the tough, woody ends from the asparagus spears by bending each spear gently from the thickest end. The spears should snap naturally at the divide – discard the bottoms.
- Grill the asparagus spears on a hot grill for approximately two minutes on each side, until slightly tender and charred, but still nice and firm.
- Remove the spears and place them on a service plate, before adding a light sprinkle of salt, freshly-shaved parmesan flakes and a good squeeze of lemon.
