1. Picnic Loaf:
Use up leftovers by sticking it all in a loaf of bread! It’s as simple as that, easy to transport and will be sure to feed everyone.
2. Potato Pancakes:
Still have leftovers?.. stash that mash and stuff into this recipe for potato pancakes to create a more filling version of the British favourite. This snack tastes great cold as well as warm and will keep you going for longer with a higher carbohydrate content.

Quick and super easy to make, these are not only easily transportable, they go down a treat with the kids!

Kale crisps are a great way to get your fill of greens without realising. 15 minutes to make, they can be eaten on the go whilst you wade your way through the british countryside.. but beware, they’re more-ish!
